For patents, our attorneys and patent agents handle global prosecution and portfolio development, due diligence, licensing, counseling and opinions regarding invalidity, noninfringement, and other IP issues.
For trademarks, we guide clients to develop domestic and international brand protection strategies while providing comprehensive representation in their selection, registration, enforcement and defense.
For copyrights, we are skilled in matters of fair use, first-sale and exhaustion, registration, ownership, transfer, shop rights and works-for-hire and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Regardless the subject, the Fox IP team is dedicated to harnessing the maximum value of a company’s intellectual property rights. We handle a wide variety of IP transactions, from registration to IP due diligence in M&A deals. And if needed, we are ready to enforce our clients’ rights in state and federal courts, administrative proceedings, before arbitration panels, in settlement negotiations and through other means of dispute resolution.
